• Getting started with your device — charging, the three speed settings, switching rotation direction, and fitting the sandpaper discs so your first use is safe and smooth.
• Replacement sandpaper discs — which grit to use for thick calluses versus everyday smoothing, and how to order more.
• Orders, returns & refunds — because Wygleam is sold on Amazon, orders, delivery, returns and refunds are managed through your Amazon account; we'll gladly point you to the right place.
• Warranty & faulty units — if a device arrives damaged or stops working, email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
